วัย รุ่นอายุ 17-20 ปี จำนวน 5 คน ถูกนำตัวส่งโรงพยาบาลกระบี่ หลังถูกยิงด้วยอาวุธปืนไม่ทราบขนาด เหตุดังกล่าวส่งผลให้นายกิตติพงษ์ ยอดรอยทรัพย์ ทนพิษบาดแผลไม่ไหว เสียชีวิตขณะนำส่งโรงพยาบาล ส่วนเพื่อนอีก 4 คน ถูกยิงได้รับบาดทั้งหมด ในจำนวนนี้มีอาการสาหัส 1 คน ถูกยิงเข้าที่หน้าท้อง และโคนขาขวา แพทย์กำลังผ่าตัดนำกระสุนออกจากร่างกาย

ทั้งนี้ จากการสอบสวนผู้บาดเจ็บทราบว่า ก่อนเกิดเหตุ พวกตนขึ้นไปร้องเพลงบนเวที จากนั้นได้ยินเสียงปืนดังขึ้นหลายนัด จึงเชื่อว่าคนร้ายอาจไม่พอใจที่พวกตนทำตัวเด่น เบื้องต้น ตำรวจสันนิษฐานว่าคนร้ายน่าจะเป็นวัยรุ่นเจ้าถิ่นที่ไม่พอ ใจกลุ่มผู้ตายซึ่ง ขึ้นไปร้องเพลง จึงใช้อาวุธปืนกระหน่ำยิง ล่าสุดตำรวจทราบชื่อผู้ต้องสงสัยแล้ว 1 คน ซึ่งตำรวจกำลังรวบรวมพยานหลักฐานเพื่อขออนุมัติศาลออกหมายจับต่อไป
